Please note
On the 28th July 2010 the Rome City Council gave its approval to the introduction of an overnight accommodation tax on tourist services in the city(Municipal Council Resolution No.67 dated 28th/29th July 2010). The fee is set to be applied as of 1st January 2011 and will be asked of anyone staying in every overnight accommodation inside Rome's boundaries,with the sole of exception of hostels,at the end of each stay. Please note that the fee is also asked of anyone who has booked or paid the trip through a travel agency or tour operator such as Expedia and should be paid directly to the property at the reception desk. Children under the age of 10years are exempt from payment. Our rooms are designed with your comfort in mind.All rooms feature modern contemporary design furniture and includes a private bath ,high Definition Flat Screen TV, heating, linens and hair dryer.Whether you are here for work or play,our rooms are the perfect place to relax and rest. In-room high-speed Internet access comes standard in every room at B&B Roma Ottaviano.All rooms are non-smoking.

We have three rooms available:

RAN (蘭) twin room with private bathroom
AJISAI (紫陽花) twin bed + single bed with external private bathroom
HIMAWARI (向日葵) twin room with private bathroom

The Flash Player and a browser with Javascript support are needed.

Our Rules

There's no curfew
We only accept reservations for stays of at least 2 nights
Check-in time should be agreed upon booking and final notification would be sent at least two days prior to arrival
Check out time: before 11 am; any other time should be agreed upon in advance
Payment for residence rental must be made in cash upon arrival
Breakfast can be consumed at any time in the morning.
Upon arrival, each guest is requested to provide valid identification documents,as per existing laws
No pets are allowed inside the B&B
No smoking is allowed inside the B&B
No food is admitted outside of the kitchen area
Guests are not allowed to take any property of this B&B outside of the premises
B&B is not responsible for any objects left behind by guests; however, a safe for valuables is available upon request.
Quiet hours: 10pm-8am & 2pm-4pm

*Vast assortment of coffee, tea, fruit juices, milk, jam butter, nutella, croissants, cookies with other extras available on request.
